The Bookmark Editor for Spectrum Internet Suite is available as a public
beta for SIS owners.  Obviously, this requires a IIgs and Spectrum Internet
Suite.

Un-Binscii and unshrink the archive and open the README.HTML with SIS
to install the editor (SIS.BookEdit) and how to use it.  Bug reports
should be sent to me to the e-mail address in the README.HTML file.
