If you use a lot of math in your software, SANE could really slow your
application program down quite a bit.

The demonstration program demonstrates that Applesoft Basic can be used by IIgs
software.  You lose accuracy but isn't 5 decimal places enough?  And you gain a
considerable amount of speed!
