For those interested in the source code for the "Fruity Dog" apple ][e/gs
FIDO mailer, I have set up a web page for the purchase. I had posted a while
back in the newsgroups, but my email changed, and I was unreachable for a
while. The "Fruity Dog" project, was the ONLY working fido mailer for the
apple ][e/gs line of computers. The source has been released with the
conditions stated on the web page. At a later time, I will also include a
link from this web page to download the files without purchasing the CD. But
until that time, the CD is available to anyone for a fee of $20.00. This
covers duplicating the CD, as well as shipping anywhere in the world. There
is also a LOT of other stuff on this disk from the apple ][ days, including
the COMPLETE yllar17 bbs as It was when it was shut down, complete with
message boards, download section, and the works. Yllar17, was one of the
largest bbs's around in it's time, as well as being the home for "Fruity
Dog"
