Actually I used Freeze It (or something like it) about 20+ years ago on a monitor. In that case I found a bad high-voltage (flyback?) transformer. When I hit the transformer with the liquid the screen went from a single horizontal line to a normal full screen for 10 or 20 seconds. For some reason I never thought of using it again on my GS monitor. Your suggestion jogged my memory. Thanks again, Charlie
