You're looking for SF.GET by Karl Bunker.

It installs and ampersand command which is an 8-bit, text-based,
keyboard-driven version of the IIgs SFGetFile toolbox call.  That is,
it provides an easy point-and-click style way of selecting any
file in any directory of a ProDOS disk.
