There is no book on writing printer drivers. There are two technical notes which describe the operation of the Printer Drivers (IIgs #35) and Port Drivers (IIgs #36). IIgs #34 (Low-level QuickDraw II Routines) may also be useful. In theory, these technical notes together with the Print Manager chapters of TB Ref Volumes 1 and 3 should give you enough information. In practise, who knows? -- David Empson dempson@swell.actrix.gen.nz Snail mail: P.O. Box 27-103, Wellington, New Zealand
