There's an article in the almost-in-your-letterbox-now Juiced.GS that attempts to tackle this phenomenon. > >I noticed that there's a Marinetti 3.0b1 out there (I'm using 2.0.1), > >but seemingly only available as source code. I'm hoping that they'll be there before Juiced.GS makes it to your letterbox. > I'm interested in whether Andrew Roughan's MS-CHAP support has been added Nope. Not complete. I haven't been able to get a PC test environment setup to see what Windows is doing. This is something that I want to complete. One day. However, CHAP has been implemented and is part of 3.0b1. The source for 3.0b1 is on Sourceforge but you have to go through CVS to get all the pieces. As Jeff mentioned, the compiled install is available from Syndicomm for $4 at: http://store.syndicomm.com/product_info.php?products_id=225 As a bonus, when you order the disk from Syndicomm, you also get on the same disk the bug fixed GW-FTP. The previous verion of GW-FTP would lock up when you tried to exit the program. Geoff Weiss finally identified the problem and fixed it for this Syndicomm special release. :) Mark R. Windows 2000 can be a little unfriendly towards non-Microsoft PPP clients. A work around that has worked for me is described at http://www.onkelinx.com/agenda/ppp.html Phil
