Hi Sanjaya,

Marinetti is IIgs and GS/OS specific. Your options for a TCP/IP stack on 
  a IIe are a) uIP (comes with Contiki or standalone) b) Mager Valp's 
assembly based 6502 stack (not completed yet according to the web page - 
http://www.paradroid.net/ip65/) c) a few commercial implementations 
which you have to license (with or without source code).

They may be more but I am not aware of them ...
