If you're trying to connect at 2400 baud, no compression, no error-correction,
issue the following commands to your modem before dialing (and make sure you
are sending to the modem at 2400 baud when you do this):
	atn0s37=0%c0&q6
As far as the modem port settings, turn all handshaking off and turn buffering
off...I'm not sure if it's necessary, though.
