I posted copies of Problock (versions 1 and 3) and Daemon version 2.1 to the Asimov archive -- they're presently in the 'incoming' area. Problock is a ProDOS-based disk editor and repair utility that was written *entirely* in HyperC and assembly (using the HyperC assembler). Problock is still shareware, but freely distributable, and IMHO the source code is a great reference for using the HyperC language tools. Daemon 2.1 and M.Shell 1.0 are now freeware - no shareware fee is required. Daemon is a interrupt manager that allows multiprocessing on any Apple II series computer with a mouse card or an Apple IIc, Apple IIgs or Laser 128 with mouse port firmware. FYI - Daemon traps the vertical blanking interrupt (VBL) from the mouse firmware, so it will not work with Apple emulators that do not model the VBL. M.Shell is an extension to ProDOS that allows the user to create their own commands using EXEC macros, Applesoft programs, or binary programs and incorporate them as new ProDOS commands. I posted M.Shell version 1.0 -- there is also a version 2.0 floating around, but I don't know where to find a copy these days. Enjoy, Michael Pender Executive Manager Nanochron, LLC
