You can a specific cable called AC-412 in a lot of electronic shops that connect a 5 pin din IIc to RS-232 14,400 modem and set your comm. program on 19,200 and add B0 to your modem command string and voila...14,400 bps on your IIc. That's what I'm running at right now and typing this response on. B0 activates V32.bis on the new modems compressing data so that 14,400 worth of info comes at 9600bps. That's how all modems work at 14,400 because the real speeds are 9600 and 19,200. Tony.
