When Titan made the Accelerator II for the II Plus they were very nasty and sanded the identity numbers from the tops of the chips and replaced them with their own in house numbers. I dug my Apple II range Fairy IC test card out and here are some of the disguised numbers. Titan number Identified as: 40000/40023 74LS02/28/128 40001/40008 74LS393 40002 74LS86/136 40006/10/20/26 Not known at present. 40007 74LS175 40008 See 40001 40009 74LS08 40010 See 40006 40011/12/14/15 74LS158 40016/40027 74LS00/24/37/132 40017 74LS259 40018/40019 74LS367 40024 74LS161 40025 74LS04/14/19 Some time next week I'll be going to a friend of mine who has a later and more sophisticated IC test card in his PC. Hopefully, I'll be able to sort out the "multiple" 74 series identified by the Fairy card as well as the "unknowns". Can somebody please archive this for others to access in later years. ONE LAST NOTE : Please NOTE that you CANNOT use this card in a IIe. It will accelerate but you'll get a ddoouubbllee pprriinntt problem. There was a IIe version of this card. I have the preboot disk for the II Plus accelerator if anyone needs it as well as the manual that came with the II Plus accelerator. -- If all else fails, hurl it across the room a few times!
