That RCA jack is an input to the card, for recording audio. There should be a ribbon cable that connects from the Ensoniq connector on the GS motherboard to the SuperSonic card. This is how the stereo sound gets from the GS to the card. There should be a "headphone" jack on the card where you hook up your stereo speakers.
