They would be +5v, +12v and ground. Usually the wires are colour-coded, 5v is red, 12v is yellow and ground is black. I would test the voltages on the internal connector first, as it might not be the power supply at fault. If the drive's not spinning up, it could be a case of 'sticktion' which can be fixed by a sharp torque applied to unstick the rotating platters. Simon.
