Delete-GS is a program which will make sure that files are permanently
erased from a disk.  It is the first program to use the new HelpLib
help system from DSoft.  Full source code is included, as is an updated
version of HelpLib, v1.01.  In addition, a utility which is helpful in
the making of help topics is included.  Delete-GS is freeware,
