About: NTV.43.SHK For Release: 2-21-95 Distribution: World Status: ReplyWare - copyright © 1995 by 1WSW and OSRL Uploaded by: Charles T. (Dr. Tom) Turley, Ph.D. Graphic Artist - Virtual Audio Music/Sound Designer 115 Santa Clara St. Brisbane, CA., 94005 USA Voice (415) 468-1609 Internet - 3D5D1WSW@Calon.com (valid only until 3/13/95) CompuServe - 76461,1040 NTV 43 is a ProDOS data disk, and is the FIRST NTV release as such. I'm no longer bothering with my past; self-booting, DMA - Fast RAM\Virtual Memory, AUTO-LOAD and AUTO-PLAY JukeBox disk styled releases. From now on, all NTV music releases will be using NTGS (type 2) music modules, presented without any graphics, JukeBox or boot. It does not have to remain as specific 3.5 (800k disk) based software, any more! With the release of the GS/OS application program, 'NTGSt2 Player v2.0.1', you can use it to play these NTGS type 2 modules, with the greatest of clarity and accuracy possible. In fact, no other program will play them properly, as they were coded and designed for the exclusive use with the NTGSt2 Player v2.0.1 and nothing else. You can now launch and play these NTGS type 2 music modules, from any file storage device; hard drive, RAM drive or any other device, using the GS/OS finder or your own favorite GS/OS program lancher, using the NTGSt2 Player program to play them. To allow the fastest possible load and play, you can copy these (two) NTGS type 2 modules, to an (800k and up) RAM disk, if you so desire. You can then select, load and play them from your RAM disk, with 'ULTRA-FAST' lightning speed load times. The music was remastered and saved as NTGS v2.0 modules - type 2 files. Please keep in mind, this new development type 2 file (which presents several audio special effects), can only be loaded for CORRECT and ACCURATE single play, via the NTGSt2 Player (v2.0.1) - GS/OS program. Be patient with listening to both of these NTGSt2 modules. The GOMA.t2 module is very long in play sequence, with several periods of silence. Listen to it until its completely finished. And, it will then return you to the NTGSt2 Player programs Menu, automatically. The music and sounds were digitally remastered and I/O loop processed, using the Hughes Sound Retreiver AK-500, the SoundMeister Stereo digitizer card, Sound Ace GS v2.2 and DigitalSessions. This is the special processing used to obtain the unique 360 degree (3-D) vertical and horizontal Stereo sound scapes. The NTGS type 2 music modules are also designed with exclusive and unique sound scape dimensional enhancements to present both; binaural and bineural stereo audio special effects, with whole-brain syncronization! To hear these unique binaural and bineural stereo audio special effects, with their strange 'Digital Audio Transmutations' and all of the enhancements of the sound scape, you'll need to have a IIgs stereo card (SoundMeister - suggested), a full size, (over the ears) set of full range, at least 20 Hz to 20KHz headphones (4 Hz to 25 KHz - electrostatic suggested), a good stereo amplifier system (Surround Sound support - suggested), a full and normal hearing range and an open mind. This NTV 43 data disk contents, two NTGS type 2 music module files; BLR.Ext.t2 and GOMA.t2 and this NTV.43.Dox text file are copyright © 1995 by 1WSW and OSRL. It's a ReplyWare. Please make sure to distribute this data disk (as it is), with the files remaining as they are, when you transmit it on-line or by any other method. If you have any questions or comments, please address them to me personally, as noted above, via; e-mail, snail mail or phone. I look forward to hearing from you, if you have need of any additional information on this data disk, the sound and module score designs or the NTGS - type 2 music modules contained on it. Anybody that wishes to, may (FREELY) use these new NTV 43 music modules for your own needs, provided they are not used for any commercial software applications or such programs, without first asking my personal premission for same.
