 I hope to get the source for the actual HardPressed manual and make it
 available, but for now this will have to do.   This is a rough draft
 I sent to the publisher three months before the product shipped, so it
 doesn't accurately reflect the final product.  It was also written by
 me instead of a professional tech writer, so it may not be the model
 of clarity that could be hoped for.
