TECH NOTES:
Echelon's protection was rather dull.  Some modified epilog bytes
that were easily defeated by a B942: 18 and a run through COPYA.
The puzzling thing is that there was no apparent secondary protection
at all.  I looked around for a nibble count, or decryption routine
but found nothing.  I played the game and everything looked fine.
I suspect there may be something more subtle much later in the game
(that makes for some really nasty protection).  If you run across
