Use bit copy program or Locksmith Fast Backup to get a copy of
the original disk.

With a disk editor look at:

track $00 sector $0A byte $DC change $00 to $FF
          sector $0B byte $0D change $20 $25 $A1 - JSR $A125 to
                                     $EA $EA $18 - NOP NOP CLC
