I've enabled the developer mode as an option.
To enable, press '^' either during boot or between levels.
Once enabled, you can press 'N' to jump to any level.
There are other developer keys.  I didn't determine what they do.

The Water Maze (see the .png for the location of the secret entrance) requires two players to complete.
Press '2' at the start of the game to enable that.
