About various .dsk images fixed to run in AppleWin (at least) emulation:

 - MyChess II had a card slot check
 - HowAbout... had a volume number 0 use in it (and CiderPress doesn't allow setting a .2MG volume number to 0)
 - Chess7.0 also still had a volume number 0 use in it
 - Mabel's Mansion had a card slot check in it (see separate file for more info)
