This disk has prologues and epilogues alterated, they are
different in even and odd tracks.

In addition, the integer basic APPLESOFT file is allocated in
an area normally reserved for DOS.
For all I know DOS 3.3 marks as occupied sectors $0E..$0F of
track $02 but their contents are all $00.

Now what to do now? Write a new CopyII+ parameters entry?
No! We use the wonderful new tool we have available.

Use CiderPress to convert the .nib image to .do
With an hex editor open a standard DOS 3.3 INITialized 
disk image and write bytes from $00000 to $02DFF to a file.

Open the converted .po image and write bytes from $02E00 to $23000
to an other file.

Use M$ type/copy or UNIX cat to join the two files and get the final
disk image.

No Apples II were harmed in the making of this crack.
