I don't think that the problem with HGR is in the emulator.
//e requires one more softswitch toggle.

Added the disassembled listing because it's more readable than a
bunch of hex digit.

It remains an issue with the lo-res. Mousetext character are
turned on. I was more interested in HGR so I don't investigate
further.
