A note regarding the file "(alt) Assembly Language Programming for the Apple II (Robert Mottola) ALPA2.pdf".

This file was created by significantly degrading the quality of the images included in the original file, and overusing compression to achieve a smaller file size.

While the original was created my Mike Maginnis at http://apple2scans.net, this secondary, poorly-produced, low quality knock-off PDF was not.  Neither Maginnis nor the other contributors to apple2scans.net condone damaging high resolution image scans to save a few paltry megabytes, as was done here.
