Yes, if you take a 24 pin IC socket, 

 modify it and plug the EPROM into it 

 and then the both into the card.

 So take the socket, bend pins 18 and 

 21 out, solder a thin wire from pin 24 

 (Vcc) to pin 21 (Vpp) and another wire 

 from pin 18 (/CE) to pin 12 (GND). Plug 

 this socket into the F8 socket and the 

 2716 into this socket.
