KoolKonverter II v 1.0

KoolKonverter II is a program to convert a standard ascii text file to a 
'TeenSpeak' version (ie "1f y0u GoT n0 wAr3z, y0uR3 a pHr3@k").

Now, nobody must suffer the slings and arrows inflicted by fellow mankind.
