The Command.COM Toolkit provides extra utilities, sample source, and include
files that are needed to write external commands for Command.COM.  You will
need to download Command.COM before you can use any of the files on this
disk.  You will also need a Merlin compatible assembler.

Command.COM technical reference manual.  This manual documents the Command.COM.
API.  The Tech. manual also documents how Command.COM launches KIX commands,
how external programs are built, how RSX/concurrent programs may be written,
