MPW IIGS Editor Formats Version 1.0.1 Copyright © 1998, Eric Shepherd Freeware Ñ Share and Enjoy! MPWÕs editor provides syntax coloring for a number of languages, including C/C++, Rez, 68k and PowerPC assembly, and others. By copying the two resources contained in the file ÒMPW IIgs FormatsÓ into a copy of the MPW Shell application, you can get Apple IIGS assembler syntax coloring. To install these resources, make sure youÕre not running the MPW Shell, then open it in ResEdit. Open the MPW IIgs Formats file as well. Select the two resources in that file, choose Copy in the File menu, then close the MPW IIgs Formats file. Make sure the MPW Shell window is in the front and paste the resources into it. Choose Save in the File menu and you're done! From now on, the Format option in the Edit menu includes a formatting entry for ÒApple IIgs Assembly.Ó You can select this format for any document, and it will automatically be used for any document with the extension Ò.aiiÓ. Comments are colored red, 65816 opcodes are a lilac color, and directives are blue. All built-in MPW IIgs Assembler directives and mnemonics are recognized automatically. If you have questions or comments, feel free to drop me email at sheppy@sheppyware.net. You can visit my web site at . Revision History 1.0.1: Version 1.0 inadvertantly didn't include the TSB opcode in the keyword list; it's been added now. 1.0: Initial release.
