If you're not familiar with ResEdit, an easy way
to import sounds into a HyperCard stack is with
a shareware program called Sound Mover. It's 
very simple and easy to use, and you can also use
it to remove sounds or rename sounds.

It shouldn't be too hard to find at shareware download
sites. (I think it's sometimes part of a shareware
package called Sound Manager Package or something
close to that.)
