It turns out that the Sleep Delay can be set for 1-30 minutes. There is no 'no sleep' option. The Sleep Delay was set to "30". After exiting the utilities, etc., the Zip Drive was moved back to the GS. On the GS, the Sleep Delay still clicked-in at 15 minutes-- in fact, it was 15 minutes to the second! Back on the PC, I checked recently modified files and located the Sleep Delay setting in IMGTOOLS.INI in the WINDOWS directory on hard disk. So, the on-GS Sleep Delay cannot be changed by using ZipTools to change the setting on PC.
