You can download System 6.0.1 disks from Apple at ... ftp://ftp.apple.com/dts/aii/sys.soft/gs.system.6.0.1/ The disks are in the from of binscii (.bsc) files of ShrinkIt disk archive files which include a Binary II header (i.e. binscii-ed .bxy files). These can un-binscii-ed and unshrunk on your Apple IIgs. An easier route for most users is to download the shrinked disk files and Install directions from the Asimov-GS archive at ... ftp://apple.cabi.net/pub/applegs/System/Sys601INSTALL/ The .sdk files just need to be unshrinked to diskettes via GS-ShrinkIt or 8-bit ShrinkIt.
