Type: 7-DIN female connector 7 1 6 2 5 3 4 Pos. Function 1 not used 2 Signal (common) ground 3 Signal (common) ground 4 Shield (chassis) ground 5 +15VDC output to //c input 6 +15VDC output to //c input 7 not used > Anyone ever try to run one of these off batteries? Personally, no, but according to Apple's own Technical Reference on the //c it will accept anything from 9 to 20 volts of DC input. Based on that, a 12V gel-cell ought to work nicely (but keep in mind that the //c consumes up to 25 watts). Hope you're able to work things out. -- Peace, Love, and Apple II Forever!
