AW/Network J __________________________________________________________________ AppleWorks Network Users Getting Different Menu Choices __________________________________________________________________ Problem: AppleWorks Network Users may get different menu choices when trying to Add a Printer, than users of the single user version. Solution: When users select Specify Information About Printer there is be a new menu they can select, to either restrict the printer for their own use, or make it available to any new AppleWorks Network user as well. Explanation: This menu choice will appear depending on the Access Privileges they have defined for the AppleWorks Network folder. If they have Make Changes privileges to that AppleWorks Network folder set to Yes, they will be able to specify the printer information for themselves as well as any new user that logs into AppleWorks Network.
