Segmented File Will Not Load

Users attempting to read files segmented across several disks may 
be surprised to discover that AppleWorks 3.0 cannot read such 
files. File segmentation is a feature of an AppleWorks enhancement 
called RAW2 Expander,S a product of Applied Engineering.  It is 
software designed to enhance the functionality of their add-on 
memory boards. 

With extra memory, files can grow to many times the size which 
will fit on a single, standard floppy diskette.  AppleWorks has 
never supported segmented files.  The expansion software 
accomplished segmentation by modifying the AppleWorks program.  
Those modifications do not work with AppleWorks 3.0.

Applied Engineering has released an updated version of the 
Expander software which is compatible with AppleWorks 3.0.
