Restoring Defaults to ImageWriter

When printing to the AppleTalk ImageWriter from both Apple II 
computers and Macintosh computers, sometimes the Macintosh leaves 
the printer unable to recognize information from an Apple II. 

Instead of turning the printer off and on to clear the memory, you 
can reset the printer by sending an Escape code from within 
AppleWorks. To reset the defaults of the Apple ImageWriter from 
within AppleWorks, add  "Escape c" to the end of the interface 
card code.
