ProGrappler & Apple Presents Apple

If a customer has a ProGrappler interface card,  the printer must 
be ON to use the "Apple Presents Apple Training Disk".  Since 
"Apple Presents Apple" is a Pascal-based program,  it checks for 
the printer when booting.

Note:  The ProGrappler card has 8 dip switches .  The Grappler 
Plus card has only 4 dip switches. To distinguish between the two, 
count how many DIP SWITCHES are on the card.
