Transfer of Bank Street Writer to AppleWorks

To transfer Bank Street Writer files to AppleWorks, first convert 
the Bank Street files to ASCII.   As Bank Street Writer is booting 
press the Escape key to get to the Utilities menu and select 
"Convert a binary file to text". Convert all the files you want to 
bring into AppleWorks.  If the version of Bank Street Writer is 
not ProDOS - based, first convert the DOS text file to a ProDOS 
text file with the ProDOS User's disk or Copy II Plus.  Once the 
Bank Street Writer file is converted to a ProDOS text file, you 
can bring it into AppleWorks by starting from the Main Menu and 
choosing:

1.  Add files to the Desktop

2.  Create a new file for the:  Word Processor

3.  Create a new file: From a text (ASCII) file on disk.
