Micro Memories, a manufacturer of circuit boards, has purchased 
some the memory products of the former Checkmate Technologies.  
Micro Memories did not purchase the Memory Saver and Mac Saver 
boards.  Micro Memories is not marketing any of these products or 
honoring the Checkmate warranties.  They will however repair 
boards for a fee and will sell the new products.  Micro Memories
