Maybe the card's CPU went kaput. Do a web search for "Western Design Center" and order yourself a new 14Mhz 65C816 chip. Replace the one on the TWGS. Plug in a new 50Mhz oscillator (the shiny thing on the upper back corner of the TWGS) and your IIGS may well come back to life again at a full 12.5Mhz (with GS software, the apparent speed will seem like that of Windows 95 in all the things that count....like opening and closing of windows in Finder, etc). By the way, this is the Western Design Center in Mesa.
