Mike Morton led me to a supplier in the Computer Shopper magazine. (Thanks Mike.) The supplier is L.A.Trade (800-433-3726; http://www.4LATrade.com/memmisc.htm ). << According to the NEC data sheet, the PD424400 is a 1M x 4 DRAM available in speeds from 60ns-100ns. It features Fast Page mode capability and /CAS before /RAS self-refresh capability. Evidently, NEC no longer sells the chip in a 20-pin Zip package. (If you order chips, be sure the seller understands that you want them in the Zip package.) Rubywand
