What is this?

  DISK DUSTER is a joke program that purports to dust your floppy disks.
  
  It mimics the style of the old Locksmith programs, carefully dusting
  each track, or even half tracks, and on both sides if you wish.
  
  We had a blast with it back in the early 80s, it might still work on the
  unsuspecting even today.
