Subject: Introducing OPIX 1.01

It's here!

Finally, after many "real soon now" announcements and some delays (one disk
crash for example), I've posted OPIX version 1.01 in the incoming directory of
calvin.sfasu.edu.

OPIX 1.01 fixes several bugs present in the beta version I posted last year,
has its own library now (no copyright problems in using these routines), can be
configured in several ways (allows installation of your own device drivers),
and comes with a new, enhanced shell.

If you like it, please let me know. If you don't like it, let me know, too :-).
I'm currently collecting ideas what should change/improve in following
versions (yes, Andy, future versions will allow you to install your own
interpreter ;-).

If you don't have FTP access, let me know and I'll mail it to you. Some people
have done this already, but I've lost all my mail due to the mentioned disk
crash.
