IPC Spy v2.0 is now on grind.

I received an e-mail from Joe Wankerl (of GS+ fame) this morning with a copy
of IPC Spy v2.0 which is freeware. There was an article in the final V7.N1
of GS+ which told you how to write IPC Spy v2.0 modules. However, the article
told me to download the file from GEnie which I don't have access to, so I
e-mailed Joe yesterday requesting a copy, and got a response this morning.
I am uploading this for everyone else on Internet. However, I did NOT write it
so comments should be directed to Joe Wankerl (jwankerl@chattanooga.net).
IPC Spy v2.0 is a programming utility that allows you to easily debug request
procedures. IPC Spy v2.0 is also a CDA, by the way.
