Here's a MIDI Synth instrument file and its wavebank file that I put
together for MIDI Surgeon 2.0, published in the July/August issue of
GS+ magazine. It's designed to make the translation of MIDI files into
MIDI Synth files easier. I'll be uploading a bunch of translated sequence
files that use these instruments.
