This is a minor release, inspired by a couple of things Matthew Fischer
discovered.  Two fixes:

 - An old version of ShrinkIt created slightly broken archives.  Support
   for these was inadvertently removed in one of the 2.0.x versions, and
   has now been restored.
 - File permissions for "locked" files on UNIX systems are now set
   correctly, based on the "umask" setting.
