Most files are available by three methods. The file name link downloads files from the server you are currently on using the HTTP protocol. The HTTP and FTP links following the file name will retrieve the file from the master Trenco archive using the HTTP or FTP protocols, respectively.

kickstart.shk (21 k) Retrieve from Trenco by HTTP or by FTP.

This program allows you to transfer any ProDOS disk to any other ProDOS device of equal or greater size. The instructions explain, for example, how to copy GS/OS to /RAM5 on the IIgs. Written by Erick Bush of Kitchen Sink Software.

kickstart.txt (586 bytes) Retrieve from Trenco by HTTP or by FTP.

ReadMe-type information about the kickstart archive.

ramup.shk (148 k) Retrieve from Trenco by HTTP or by FTP.

Ramup allows 8 bit memory card users to load their favorite programs onto the ramcard and run them from there. It protects the software in memory should you need to reboot your system to work with other software and then later you can return to the programs on the ramcard. Features include backup/restore, auto load and others. Ramup has been reclassified as freeware by Scantron Quality Computers. Please see the disclaimer inclosed in the archive file. Unpacks to two 5.25" disks

prosel

ProSEL 8 by Glen Bredon. ProSEL is the Swiss Army Knife of Apple II utility programs. Its main screen is a customizable program launcher, but it has many other disk and file based utilities including disk recovery, backup, file copiers, block editors, and many others. This is the 8 bit version. For the 16 bit version, see ../../../gs.specific/utils/launchers. This is a symbolic link to ../launchers/prosel
