This is a Binscii/Shrinkit of my KERMIT directory, it is currently configured for a GS modem port but you can change that easily by running KERMIT.INSTALL (this version of Kermit is extremely well written compared to previous versions and is the best VT100 emulator I know of). I don't think docs are included, if anybody really needs them I can try to dig them up. You shouldn't need them to get it up and running (because of the well written install) but beyond that (i.e. autodial macros or ][+ keypad emulation) is a different story.
