Tutor-Tech 2.7 Demo Disk (c) 1985-1998 Techware Corporation. All rights reserved. Tutor-Tech is an authoring system designed for teachers and students. It allows the author to mix text, graphics, animation, audio, and video easily without programming. Tutor-Tech 2.7 was released in December 1992 for the Apple II family of computers. This version is the same, but runs on PCs through the magic of the ApplePC emulator version 2.52b by David Ellsworth. You can find the latest version and additional information at: ftp://users.aol.com/davidells/ApplePC/ Instructions: * Unzip all files into the same directory (Apple.exe, apple2e.rom, TTDemo.hdv, TTDemo.img) * Run Apple.exe * Press "L" * Type "TTDemo" and press Enter * Press Escape * After loading, move the mouse to click "Begin" OR press Space Bar and then Enter * At any time, press F3 to switch between color and monochrome * To simulate the option key, press Right-Alt with key (i.e. 8 for bullet, e for accent) * To quit, press F10, "Q", and "Y" Known problems: * Sound is horrible when two voices play simultaneously (i.e., startup) * Echo speech card is not supported (i.e. Speech... on File Menu) * Apple II specific peripherals are not supported (i.e. Tutor-Talk, Pioneer LDP-V2000) * Depending on the speed of your PC, adjust Tutor-Tech speed with "W" on ApplePC menu * Caps Lock seems to work in reverse * Mouse sometimes freezes, but key operation continues. If so, quit and restart Apple.exe. Questions? Comments? We'd be happy to hear from you. Techware Corporation P.O.
