The existing cracked versions all seem to have bugs and do not run correctly on my system. In particular, trying to save scores would corrupt the disk on a real Apple II, though not on the emulator. It also behaved as if the down arrow was permanently held down. This is from the three-disk verion of the games, and uses the method outlined in issues 75 and 76 of Computist magazine. The method in issue 75 is used to copy the disk initially, then the hex edits from issue 76 are used to patch disk A so that it will run. Disks B and C are unprotected, and copy without issue.
