Boot the side A and we are stuck in a loop.

Fire up the AppleWin debugger when the program has finished drawing the splashscreen,
this may take a few tries...

A27: 20 37 0A  JSR $0A37
A2A: B0 41     BCS $0A6D

Search the disk image for $20 $37 $0A, it's found only once on track $08 sector $00,
change the byte at offset $27 from $20 to $2C.

Now for the difficult part, restore the missing sectors. Let's have a look at "The Digital Gang"
crack. The boot disk is useless (see note), furthermore the tutorial screen with Sam the Eagle
is corrupted.

The image "welcomeaboarda.dsk" is the real McCoy. Use a hex editor to perform the transplant,
but be careful: I'm not sure if this is necessary.

Tested for some time, no problems arises, obvisuly I can't 100% guarantee this FrankenFloppy.

Notes

- Trash "The Digital Gang" boot disk, apply the patch to "welcomeaboarda.dsk" and you have
  a working copy, except the above mentioned tutorial screen. 

- If you dare: ask google "risotto con le rane" and you will know what I think when I think of frogs.
